	Late Night Wanderer

_**A/N: I wrote this on the bus one day after seeing the first few episodes of Uta No Prince Sama. I am only on episode 8 of series one so please forgive any inconsistencies with the story line. This is just a little one shot I thought up, the character singing is a nameless OC. Who knows maybe I'll write a multi chapter fan fic in this genre some other time. Anyway, please review and tell me what you think ^_^**_

Taking a deep breath, she closed her green eyes and listened to the soft melody of the piano. In a kinder voice than she normally used, she sang.

"When the sun goes down
And you come out
In the night times town
I hear your words in his mouth

Late night wanderer
Try not to stray too far
Oh, My darling wanderer
I promise I won't mark your scars

(Your Scars)

You, who sees this earth
Through your lens of gold
See in it so much worth
A wondrous tale to be told

Late night wanderer
Try not to stray too far
Oh, My darling wanderer
I promise I won't mark your scars"

She paused, getting her breath back as her friend and fellow artist played her piano solo. She hoped this would reach him, both of him.

"I have seen the glass
Fall away from you
And your whole world turns to ash
Because to your soul you can't be true

Late night wanderer
Try not to stray too far
Oh, My darling wanderer
I promise I won't mark your scars

So Ill sing this song
My scared little wanderer
So you won't leave for long
Because in my heart
My sweet little wanderers
You do not stand apart."

She finished the song on a sweet and low note and opened her eyes. He stood in front of her, his glasses perched on the end of his nose, excitement on his face.

"That was great, Nee-san! But who was it for?"

She smiled gently, gentler than she would ever smile at anyone else. She hoped, as she gazed into his eyes that his other side would understand her message.

"No one in particular, little brother, no one at all."
